I had Discussion with Dex Earlier and i have Revoked my +1 from his Application and turned it to a -1 from the shown behavior, i'm more disappointed on how Nolesy acted last night than anything i know he can be a good person and player but the people hes surrounded in just ruins it. Staff disrespect and player disrespect for that matter shouldn't go on in that manner and people just need to stop being so over the top and just generally toxic it ruins every community on every Game.

Last night Nolsey and his delightful group of friends choose me to be the target of there abuse, this went on for about an hour and ended with a lot of silences being handed out and a day ban or two given out as well. I joined the server and joined in with the banter, to which i was then "attacked"(using this word seems a bit much but i don't have a better word for it) by a group including Nolsey, after being abused for a while most of the group was silenced by the admins on at the time, they then choose to avoid the silence by changing there names (i don't think Nolsey changed his name but he was still apart of the group that did). It also seems that Nolsey has done this to other members of the community in the past so it is clearly not a one of incident. Nolsey was apart of this group and has proven himself to be everything that KZG does not want in an admin, it is a joke to think you would act like that when you are applying for admin, from the way you and your friends choose to act on the server this application should just be laughed at, plus the app lacks effort. @Vert and @.deX were on at the time and also witnessed the disgusting behaviour you showed on the server. I would like to see there hopefully changed opinion considering they have both +1 you on this application. So to say -1 would not simply be enough, i believe Nolsey is as far from admin material as one can possible be and will only be a detriment to the community if we was given admin.

Why I Deserve to be Part of Killzine Gaming: I think I need to be part of the Killzone Gaming's Staff Team because I've seen some things that I feel need to change. I've witnessed current admins favour certain players or "turn a blind eye" to things that shouldn't be ignored. If I become an admin I don't intend to favour friends or acquantances when they push boundaries and cause issues for other KZG members. Now that aside, I stay on the KZG server for quite long periods of time in consecutive sessions, so I witness things admins do not, like chat spam, mic spam, bullying and obsurd harassing, and I wish to put a stop to that with the abilities I gain from being an admin. I plan to be lenient seeing as a warning is still a warning in the end of the day, but things that are hurtful and directly targeted at others with intent to make them feel bad will not be tolerated. As stated in a previous question, I can tolerate things directed at me so I will not snap and cause a scene. I am well aware that there are some people that dislike me, but they will not receive any punishments that are unjust just because they dislike me, they will be treated as someone that I wouldn't know to be fair. If this application is successful, it will be my first time being an admin on a surf server and to me is a great opportunity to learn and show what I can do. Thank you. As a generic retort I responded for him to kill himself. In my mind "kill yourself" does not mean to actually wish that the person will commit suicide. It is now used commonly in a colloquial sense to mean for that person to stop what they are doing or remove themselves from speaking to you. This view is also shared by mainstream media as shown in this clip in the TV show Brooklyn Nine-Nine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6z8sMqG4-Q. This is a comedic TV show which shows this retort has moved past its literal meaning and become a standard response that is even palatable enough for a family audience. Another reason for my unban would be that the Dex said on the servers that he is looking for a reason to ban myself. If you check my ban history I have never been banned before and a week long ban for this "offense" (when it actually is not an offense) is completely unwarranted and show extreme bias and prejudice. On top of this I had asked Dex to stop another member of the server from using my real name and he responded that I deserved it. This directly contradicts rule number 11: And furthers my argument that Dex is acted unfairly. Thank you for your consideration.
