Big +1 Spoken to gump a fair few times and for someone of his age hes very mature, non bias and doesn't go out of his way to impress people which is very rare for this community, I feel with the current skill Staff you would make a great addition and help out in areas where we need more support best of luck. Big +1 for me on this one , Gump is a good guy who i have known for a very long time , has always been a respectable member of every community i have played with him on and always follows the rules , always friendly and great to talk to and in my opinion is a suitable candidate for this role.

Neutral. The reason I am saying neutral is because I don’t know if you are ready to moderate a server. I may be completely wrong but from my experience with young staff members is that they panic. However I have seen @Wolfleader around the servers and from what I have seen he is respectful. I would just like to point out that age isn’t everything, I only recently turned 16 + I have been staff across various games since I was 13 and I believe no one should be given a -rep just purely because of their age.
