Before that, I learned surfing from Tf2 combat surf 10 years ago. I currently spend my isolation time reading classic novels and autobiographies, cooking, usually with a podcast, and endlessly scrolling twitter to capture the cultural zeitgeist. To break the social isolation, I enjoy KZG Surf as the main community I am active in. Qualities I can bring to Killzone Gaming: I want to continue to bring a positive social environment and friendly competitiveness to the Skill Surf players. As a top player who is active on servers from Noob to Top 200, I have had thousands of social interactions with community members, on voice and text chat, over the past years. I believe I have a strong and broad understanding of the Surf community as an online subculture due to this. As a staff member, I would want to regulate the outliers in the community who bring forth anti-social behaviour and mean spiritedness. During my boundless hours of playtime, I have witnessed cases of things from irritating micspam, to serious targeted bullying. I intend to assist in preventing these situations from occurring so everyone can continue to relate positively to one another. Contributions I have made towards Killzone Gaming: Regarding contributions, other than the occasional fairly selfish map bug complaint, I am convinced that I have made KZG measurably better via the good social relationship I have with the playerbase in game and in it's discord community. My enjoyment of speaking to other players in the basic and off the wall conversations that occur has given both parties a sense of belonging in the KZG community. Whether matter-of-factly stating or typing that you need to type !r to reset, or giving capable players an example to guide them on a map, I am willing to assist, and proud of my many minor deeds.
