Im very eager to start soon and help the community out, as well as staff members. Sometimes i could be a bit toxic, however if im a staff member i will help all who play on the server im on. However, I would recommend that you try and be a bit more laid back when playing and not mentioning things that annoy you in voice chat. I used to do something like this and it got me into trouble during my trial phase. I would hate for the same thing to happen to you, so I recommend turning down the "opinion blurting" a bit. I initially banned pain during the team-damage fiasco of '21 - after his ban, he messaged me privately on discord pain genuinely apologised, admitted to fault and provided a clear explanation of how it happened (was more of an accident than anything and I was a little trigger happy with the banstick during the team damage drama). I believe that should speak to his maturity and character more so than anything else. Since then, pain has not only destroyed everyone on the regular, but been fun, social and helpful in reminding other players of the rules I feel a vouch is not enough - pain has my full support. Pushing that aside you’ve made an effort with the application giving a glimpse into how you would perform as a staff member.
