KZG beginner surf Tier 1 What staff member issued the punishment: Ban Reason: [SourceSleuth] Duplicate account Why should I be unbanned / unmuted: First I was playing on beginner surf Tier 1, I was then changing servers to the Easy Surf and I was unable to get in as it told me I was banned because of a duplicate account. then I got the error message saying I had to connect through a lobby and after getting that I googled it and found a reddit post explaining that it is a client sided error and that I hadn't disconnected properly before joining the other server. after I had logged out of steam and opened the game again I was able to connect to other servers but was still banned on your servers. This sort of ban is done automatically by one of the plugins and creating a ticket should make it quicker and easier to look into for you When you create the ticket just link this Appeal so we know straight away it’s you!
