Easy Surf #2 What staff member issued the punishment: Ban Reason: [SourceSleuth] Duplicate account Why should I be unbanned / unmuted: I think there has been some sort of mixup. I don't understand why I was banned in the first place. I love KZG servers and I always try to follow the rules. I even link the rules to others who casually join. If I have done something without knowing, could I atleast know whats going on so I can correct/fix? Jtom2k Posted April 17, 2022 Share Posted April 17, 2022 Hey Donda, The Duplicate Account ban is done automatically by one of our plugins. Sometimes it’s correct, sometimes it’s not. Fastest way to get this looked into would be on our Discord (discord.gg/kzg), and submit a Support Ticket. Just link this forum post in your support ticket so we know it’s you. Alternatively, if you are using a VPN software, try disabling that and you should be able to connect. Generally this is the case but sometimes it’s not. You have been unbanned, you were banned cause someone would of got banned on that was assigned to you on said VPN.
