This has happened previously (approx 2 years ago, I think) and I have been unbanned once before. I was told at the time it was probably due to my VPN being on. I normally make an effort to turn off my VPN before connecting but forgot in this case. Hoping to be unbanned and in future I will ensure my VPN is off. Thanks.
