If this account was given to you then you can simply create a new one and given that csgo is free play with them. If the account was actually yours and you were lying then the IP will be banned and you will be instantly banned on your new account. When did this happen? Used name Lizard in 2016: ✔ Used name Lizard in 2017: ✔ - Banned (Appealed) Used name Lizard in 2018: ✔ - Banned Used name Lizard in 2019: ✔ Unless you brought the account very recently, the name and account history says different. Never-the-less, unfortunately for you, buying and selling of steam account is against the ToS and not supported by KZG. Any and all previous bans on this account will be upheld.
