Little bit of context behind your situation I guess. The word in question, "nigga", was used as a racial slang to put down people with black skin, therefore it is a negatively geared word created for the sole purpose of putting down someone for the color of their skin. However your argument is, you yourself, a person with black skin, are not offended when someone may call you a nigga or when you use it, but are you arguing that you yourself, hold the common opinion of all people on this earth with black skin? No, you can't, you don't have the right to decide for others whose families were subjected to slavery, harassment and prejudice under that word, about how they feel when someone says "nigga". Using the term in a social space, is racism, because the people who have to read it or hear it, may have been prejudiced by that word all their life, so even if you don't take offence, they do, and it is a put down. So in short, just because you don't take offence to that, doesn't mean others don't, KZG is a community with many different cultural backgrounds and you need to be mindful of their cultural beliefs and reservations, it's called respect. This may be the internet but if you can't respect others just because they aren't physically in front of you, then I suggest you grow up and stop hiding behind your screen thinking there will be no consequences, because it is cowardly, crude and honestly disgusting. However if you do respect others on the internet, then I apologize for those words, but I hope you understand now why the use of that term is not permitted, as we try our best to accommodate everyone on our servers

You literally said in your appeal that you were banned because you said the n-word. Saying the n-word is racism no matter what way you put it. If you truly believe that you have not been racist even though you admit to saying the n-word then I do not believe you should be unbanned. Good luck anyway ?

I have put many hours into KZG as a hole putting many into 1v1, jailbreak,awp and back in the day surf. i was also a mod and an administrator on Dark Twilight Gaming (unturned) this is a every well know network for unturned and some other servers. This was about a year ago then i stopped playing and came back to CS:GO. I have also recently started my certificate in childcare which involves to trying to figure out situations between children which also can be used with the server. Qualities I bring to Killzone Gaming I would love to bring just a more active and funny side to the server. A lot of the time on "AWP" staff are on for a bit and its just casual conversation but i would love to bring excitement and stupidly funny conversations to each map. I always try my best to do things right and stick to the books on ruling but i wont be perfect but with time i can understand situations better and obtain better skills to moderate/administrate. I also believe i am a very down to earth person who can give very good advice for people going through tough times. i also believe i am a very good problem solver especially because if have worked with children and have to work around problems and find common ground on a way that everyone is happy. Why I Deserve to be Part of Killzine Gaming: I personally i think having the opportunity to help administrate/moderate a server and ensure everyone enjoys the game and enjoys the atmosphere of the lobby's vocal communications would be a great thing to do and i would want to try my best to do that. I would love to become a lot more involved within the staff and development side of the "AWP" server and in future other servers. In addition i think i "deserve it" because I've been told i have great characteristics of leadership and would love to furthermore upper my skills as a leader. I feel like i also may be deserved of it because i already mesh well with quiet a few plays on the server and i haven't come across anyone who has completely hated me and despised me. Pretending to cheat is not a very smart thing to do. Seeing as you said you were cheating and were reported should have made you stop tbh. But the fact that Yassuo came on the server and told you he was a KZG Admin but you still continued to say you were cheating and that you were going to toggle shows to me that you really don't care much for the rules and that you wouldn't care being banned. You had a tremendous amount of chances to stop yet you continued despite being told you can get banned. Good luck tho. ?

I too believe that you just want the role and that you would not do your job properly if you got it. I would highly recommend becoming more known in the community that you play with. so i am going with a -rep.

I am pretty relaxed and I really like to play CS:GO, I play on the KZG Surf, Minigames and Awp servers more than I actually play the proper CS:GO servers. Personally I think that I am easy to get along with and pretty easy going, I like to problem solve and work out the best possible solution for all parties. I like to think logically and will not make stupid decisions as others might make. Qualities I bring to Killzone Gaming Some qualities that I bring to the KZG community are that I am friendly, easy going and kind, I am always on the server and I have many friends in the community that I always make sure to greet and make sure nothing bad is going on in their life and if there is something, I try to help them out without overstepping my bounds. I do not/will not abuse my position as I believe in making a happier, friendlier community for everyone else. Why I Deserve to be Part of Killzine Gaming: I think to explain why I deserve to be part of the KZG staff team I need to explain the reason I am going for the role of Moderator, the reason is that I see a lot of potential in this server and I want to be a part of it and help it reach to It's maximum potential so naturally the staff team would be the best place to start so whether that be helping the players, the new staff members etc. The satisfaction of helping someone and defusing a situation that could have been much more or just a simple one, whether it be an argument between friends or anything else is spectacular and I want to have that feeling as well as I help out the server with any problems that occurs so that's why I am applying for the KZG staff team, I think my application should be accepted because I am a trusted, dedicated and loyal member of this community and not to mention mature. If I got Moderator I would help out around the server and make sure it shines amongst the other server, me being appointed moderator would result in a lot less stress/effort on the higher ups shoulders, as I would be straight to the problem no matter what it is, defuse the situation calmly, do what needs to be done, and be on my way.
