Qualities I bring to Killzone Gaming Staff Team: Great planning skills, good conduct, always holding myself to the standard I would expect from others in the community. I always have a positive mindset towards situations that may occur and will always try my best to defuse the situation before making decisions. I've been a member of the AAC(Australian Army Cadets) for 4 years and am currently a CDTSGT, within the AAC I have completed the highest leadership course. In the past year I've taught junior and senior leadership roles how to deal with high stress situations and feel that this could also contribute to the KZG community. Why I Deserve to be Part of Killzone Gaming Staff Team: In the past months, I've been apart of the KZG server and it has been one of the best communities that I've played in. The people are great and I like to think I am one of those people due to my history of no mutes and/or warnings on any servers. I feel that I could contribute a lot due to my experience with the AAC & experiences with people from the ADF as I've learned how to be firm, focused and set on a task/goal. I've also learned how to defuse situations and hopefully resolve the issue at hand with ease without raising my voice or pressuring those around me. So far I've met a couple of players and admins that I've really taken a liking to in the community & enjoy playing with. Through experiences in life I feel like I've developed really good communications skills which do come in handy when being part of a staff/admin team. I would really love to be able to contribute more to the community with some of the life skills I've been able to develop & hopefully pass that on to future admins/mods when given the opportunity. I am always willing to learn new skills and apply new methods to how I handle myself and situations. I thrive off of constructive criticism to help myself and those around me improve. I also find CS as a good de-stresser for me so majority of the time I like to attempt to create a chill & fun environment for myself and those around me. I feel all these things contribute to why I deserve to be an admin, as I always strive to do the best for those around me, am willing to learn and take on new skills as well as bringing those skills I already have. All though I don't play Aim I know Viper very well from Surf and other game modes. I strongly believe that Viper will be very well suited for the role and will fit right in with the rest of the current staff team. Don't look past this one, massive + REP from me! Cunny
