Store Terms of Service:

 

A donation is purely voluntary and the user making a donation is not entitled to any form of advantages, benefits and/or special treatment. While a user who donates is not entitled to receive any type of benefits by donating to us; We, the community of Killzone Gaming offer ‘Donor / VIP benefits’ as a way to say thank you to the players that have donated.

 

All users donating to Killzone Gaming must be over the age of 18 years. If said user is under the age of 18 we require that a parent or legal guardian performs the transaction on their behalf. By donating you agree that you are the Paypal account holder and/or card holder or have permission from said holders.

 

Paypal disputes will result in a community ban across the Killzone Gaming Servers.

 

When a user receives their donation perks, they are still required to follow the ‘Server Rules’. ‘Donor / VIP benefits’ are given out at the discretion of the Killzone Gaming Management Team and can be revoked at any time if a player has been deemed to be in violation of any community rule/s or in violation of these terms. A user’s benefits can also be revoked if a member of the Management Team determines that a player has abused, exploited and/or misused any of their ‘Donor / VIP benefits’.

 

When the Valve Corporation issues a CS:GO client update, server plugins may cease to function temporarily as a result, this may affect some ‘Donor / VIP benefits’. As this is out of our control, we may have to wait for the plugin developer to update said plugins. In the event of a plugin being deemed unusable, the Senior Staff Team will attempt to find a suitable replacement. Please note this is not always feasible.

 

Killzone Gaming, including the Management Team, and our partners are not liable for any damages that may occur from using our services. We are also not responsible for any transaction errors that may occur from the use of the Paypal website when a user is making a donation. 

 

All donations received from users is put towards the costs of operation and maintenance of our services; this may also include, and is not limited to, giving back to the community via giveaways/raffles and towards private development of plugins to enable a more fun and enjoyable environment while keeping stability and optimization a priority. 

 

Therefore, all donations/purchases towards Killzone Gaming are strictly non-refundable and by donating you agree to these terms.
