Ban Reason: Not sure, didn't get a chance to see, it was a console ban though

Why should I be unbanned / unmuted: I think that I should be unbanned because I wasn't cheating, I joined the AU AWP server and I wasn't able to double jump, next minute I am disconnected and it says "you have been banned from this server" and also "visit kzg forums, something like that". I really wish to be unbanned idk why this has happened
