I was engaging in a conversation regarding the events that ocurred previously between a player who had the username of Femboy (not sure what else) and Hayley, they had been known to fight and Femboy and his friends whom I am in a groupchat with Doxxed hayley. I did not state that I doxxed her we were actually talking about how Femboy took it way too far in his abuse over Hayley. The people in game did inform me after I mentioned that her details were pasted in their discord that anybody who even mentioned the whole situation got banned and after that we changed topic. I never doxxed anybody in fact we were defending the person who had been verbally attacked and harrased over the internet amongst ourselves, the mods mustve misunderstood which is understandable but I did not dox anybody. Do you have an evidence that may prove your case: YES, The players in game were conversating with me about how Femboy took it too far and they informed me that anybody who even knew about femboy doxxing her would be banned. The author, ZTrek "глупый саламандра" and his sole defense is a classic case of "he said, she said", every single part of this appeal is circumstantial and has no solid evidence to support their side of the story, the only somewhat understandable defense is stating "I didn't dox" which by itself is pathetic. ZTrek may like to play around the lines, being both "in a groupchat" with femmywemmyboy and "friends", obviously siding with the infamous villain of the story, yet ZTrek's desperation shows through his attempt to distance himself from his past and side with Hailey, simply stating facts about past abuse no matter how bad, DOES NOT GIVE YOU SYMPATHY POINTS IN THE COURT OF KZG LAW, nor does it convince anyone of your self-proclaimed innocence, you can now say that you were defending Hailey from your toxic and abusive friends, but does that mean anything? No, if you truly believed that femmywemmy "took it way too far in his abuse" then you would've acted in a way that could've potentially prevented the dox in the first place. This entire noob surf "conversating" makes absolutely no logical sense because this is drama of the past and shouldn't have been brought up either way. Even if anyone for even a split second believed that you were innocent and merely a bystander in the immoral act of doxxing even after admitting to doxxing her in the first place, Does a convicted murder get let out of jail just because they have a change of heart and all of a sudden believe that they didn't do it? Whereas my statement remains truth filled that I did not Dox anybody I was simply in a groupchat my wording was definitely incorrect. I will accept my ban if that's what deems necessary. Thank you KZG admins for taking the time to review my unban request hopefully in the future I will be able to game on KZG servers and hit surf PR's all over again till whenever that day is, I wish you all good days.
