Why should I be unbanned / unmuted: I would like to extend my deepest regrets and sincerest apologies for my misconduct towards a certain staff member. The behaviour was uncalled for and completely unfriendly. While I know that it is not an excuse, I believe I should be able to return to KZG Combat Surf with a clean slate and be able to become one of the primary and significant players on the server once again.
I am currently {action that addresses external factors} in order to keep my personal problems out of my professional performance. In light of my dedication to resolve this matter I hope that you can be lenient in this particular case.
