N/A What staff member issued the punishment: Ban Reason: Chargeback Why should I be unbanned / unmuted: I payed my VIP through PayPal and selected the wrong card. This led to a chargeback. I would be happy to re-pay the VIP through the correct card but I'm unaware of a way too. This ban was not as a result of my bad intention. I enjoy the KZG servers a lot, wouldn't want to stop playing because of a simple mistake.
