Unfortunately once again, you do not meet the requirements to apply. If you don't understand what this means, It means you WONT even have a chance of getting mod until you meet them. Before this application gets denied and locked, I'll help you out a little bit since you're fairly young so I assume you are unsure of how this process works. Requirements (I've gone ahead and coloured the ones that you are missing)◦ 10 forums posts ◦ 25 hours on the server you are applying for ◦ You must be over 12 to apply for the position, there are SOME exceptions.◦ Be active on the forums and server that you are applying for ◦ Have a few members and admins vouching for you (If you are still unsure, have a read here: http://killzonegaming.com/announcements.php?aid=4)The requirements you will need to get are: 1) 10 forum posts (you currently have 1.) 2) Be active on the forums and server that you are applying for (try post a little around the forums, make yourself known by writing an introduction thread, comment on suggestion threads on the surf section (as you are applying for surf mod)Note: this doesn't mean you spam all the threads you can find and post useless comments.
