Ok Over the pass couple day's Pyke/Squirtle as been coming into my channel (on Teamspeak) And abusing me and others, being an overall dick. Nobody that is in the channal  with me Doesn't Want him there, Constantly asking me to kick him. After i proceed to kick him he will join back as fast as he can and Shout Why so *Salty* Then i would kick him lock the channel. Then he would constantly Poke me (On Teamspeak) Why So salty?. It isn't Just over team speak In game he would be a "Twat", He Would also argue with  members on jailbreak and being a complete Hazard. Many Would agree with me on this That he deserves to be muted.

I've talked to Squirtle a decent amount, hes definitely an ecstatic kid when hes with friends. But when it comes to it he abuses a lot, I've seen him say some pretty fucked things for his age and seems some what bipolar. If he continues, he probably should be perm muted.

2 Pokes on Team Speak isn't really enough to ban someone on. Although you haven't got a whole heap of evidence you do have a couple of mods and admins vouching for you so I guess that can. Aye us for it. I think at most a 1 Day ts ban. Anything else would be very harsh.

Ok well I don't see how you think he's gonna get perm muted.

1. You havnt provided any evidence of in game abuse.
2. The whole abuse report is talking how he's spamming you with Pokes and joinng your Team Speak channel, nothing is mentioned about in game other than him Calliing you a twat which in itself is not worthy of a permanent mute.
3. If your attempting to perm mute someone you need more than witnesses and some actual hard evidence.


Although I say this I'm just gonna post my experience with Squirtle. He is a very smart ass person. When he doesn't get his way he will become very obnoxious and mic spam a lot, he abuses wardens and in general is a pain a lot of the time.
