Firstly Tick rate is a largely talked about as it is currently 64 which is not the best it can be, 128 tick has to many ramp glitches. The ideal tick rate is 102.

I believe all the maps should be added, as the Combat Surf Server needs a bigger variety of maps to play on, as I myself gets bored of playing the same maps such as ski, legends, air_arena_v4 (which there are 2 of in the maps list in-game when you !nominate) and greatriver.
