To back my vouch I would highly recommend Tay to become a part of the Staffing Team at Killzone gaming due to the fact that in my opinion, he has some of the necessary qualities and traits that a good admin should have;

* Good Self-control
* Good sense of humor
* The knowledge of telling right from wrong  and being able to punish accordingly
* A friendly and approachable bloke
* Also a great knowledge of the rules and game mode being surf

Tay is a member of the Easy surf community that has done all the right things and before applying for admin on the forums became trusted, loved and mature figure on the easy surf server. I personally think he deserves a chance at trail admin as on the server he goes out of his way to communicate with other players when they are needing help finishing a map or just commands that the everyday joe can use. Tay applies his knowledge of the surfing community to try and improve the easy surf server which can be seen through his forum activity by suggesting maps to be added to the server. Tay is regularly on the KZG TeamSpeak while playing on the server which makes it easy for other members to communicate to him.

My only concern with Tay is that he is only active on the KZG easy surf server and therefore should only receive the perms for that individual server, at the current state of time he only has 4 hours on the combat surf server. That doesn't mean he shouldn't get admin, but should only receive it for the easy surf server which I imagine is what he is after.

+1 Tay would be an amazing admin on KZG. I have known Tay for a pretty long time (2 Years), and talked to him most days. He is super friendly, and funny, and can help people with surfing because he is also experienced with that. He is usually on at the weirdest times (2-3 AM) so he can be on when other admins aren't on. He is also an active player, meaning that he can be there to do whatever he needs to do.

I rly like it when um........ Tay!! Helps me to surf! (He did not tell me to say this!)
He is a really good surfer and very......CHILL guy and he also can do alot of japanese sounding voices(which is weeb but can sound cool when he does it!!)

@Tay is a very mature member of the surfing community i see him on both easy and combat surf more then i see most other players. Whenever i'm on i hear people laughing due to Tay's natural humor he is already informing rules and is a helps whenever he can on servers i have high faith in him as a member of the community to shine.
