I think if Blackeren is accepted he will completely dedicate his time on the server to making sure it is running smoothly and the players are having a much fun as possible. Sathy is one of the most mature players and can easily toggle between the banter and serious moods. He's extremely easy to talk to and is extremely easy to get along with. Blackeren was previously a Jailbreak admin on another community. In my opinion, someone who is able to fully control a full Jailbreak server is quite capable of handling a minigames server (Nothing against any other game modes what so ever, Jailbreak is a gamemode quite filled with immature people and dealing with them is a constant issue). I feel that Blackeren will quite easily take on minigames and improve the player base and community, as well as making the enjoyment of the players the main focus. Good luck Sathy! In all seriousness Sathy/Blackeren is well known in the community, he's always a good laugh and fun to be around in the server and on TeamSpeak, I know Sathy has experience administrating servers which would help him a lot also. Sathy is a very active player during the day and night meaning there would nearly always be an admin on. I have not had a heap to do with him personally but the ways I have seen him interact with newcomers, strangers, regulars and friends has been great, having little difference on how he treats the individual judging by the background he and the person have together. Some previous admin experience is always fantastic and i know Blackeren will only build on his previously developed skills. I'm not for sale yet. He is very and fun to talk to and he has the personality of a god... He's always so kind to everyone and never has anything negative to say. A very funny guy that is exhilarating to be around, but whats good about Blackeren is that he can suddenly because so serious and step up as a leader. He is very mature and never braking any rules, constantly demonstrates all the characteristics you need to be a successful admin. Sathy already has some background in admining and could put these previous skills he has learnt into KZG and make the server a better place.
