onion's unban appeal

I honestly don't believe such a lengthly ban should have been applied, presumably a false positive by your anti-cheat, because nobody else owns the game "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive" in my home, nor had anyone been over to utilise my IP address. Sorry for scripting though, won't happen again.

The second ban would was for trying to connect to the server with a different steam ID but on the same IP. I have not heard of it recording a false reading and I'm pretty sure it is impossible unlesa your neighbours are stealing your internet. Maybe @tito or @skyprah can spread more light on the situation but to me it looks like you tried to ban evade but we're unsuccessful so no you are asking for forgiveness.

I made no attempt to reconnect using an alternate account, and the likelihood of our only neighbour knowing our internet password, playing CS GO and playing KZG is extremely slim. When I was banned the first time it was instant and without warning, so I don't understand how I could've attempted to evade the ban.

It looks liked you tried to connect about 6 times after getting banned and this is the reason why the console has banned you.
