Ranking system and VIP commands

Ranking system =

Well, i just recently logged into casual competitive and i see a guy 50 bomb on the 5th round.

And the highest frags the other teams top fragger had was 11.

There should be a ranking system that places people into even teams at the start of the game.

I know there is 1 already but it moves people when its like 12-5

There should be a ranking system to place higher ranked players in opposite teams.

Let's say there's 2 people ranked 1-50

Place 1 on T and the other on CT

I know there may be new people 2 the server or smurfs.

But atleast it makes a fun experience.

4 example. I was on CT and we were wining 8-1 with a guy 50 bombing.

So i moved 2 T 2 see how much fun they were havin.

Basically none.

It was always a 6-1 situation against Ts

This is because CT had 6 people ranked under 300 in their team and 2 under 100

T only had 3 people under 300 and 1 under 100

For example u could move 2 from ct under 300 2 t and none under 1oo

This would be

CT = 4 under 300 and 2 under 100

T = 5 under  300 and 1 under 100

Not completely fair but atleast Ts have a chance.

VIP COMMANDS =

There should be VIP commands in Casual Competitive

Like:

!TITLE - to enable/disable PREFIXES

!Refresh - refresh teams to make them fair (only once a half)

!ve - vote 2 extend the map

!vip - enable/disable- Paintball, custom nades (POKEBALL) and custom knives(MAYBE)

I always felt that using round wins was a bad way to decide if the teams are unbalanced. As it could be really close between each side always going down to the last 2 people on each team, but one side just has a Dude who always clutches.

A few times i've tried swapping teams to balance it out but the next round i get auto swapped back. Also i don't know about using the rank system to balance as the Number of your rank whether top 50 top 100 or top500 doesn't really matter in context to balance, it's very exploitable. Other stats that are probably better is Round Win % and Survived %.
