Every single admin outside of the server uses it, but they're not racist hey. I said it once to somebody completely out of context and 0 racial intent behind it, but I'm racist. I've repeatedly said things like "chinks are yellowed squinty-eyed cunts who are worthless humans" on the servers and had no punishment, yet that's racist. I say nigger once, see you in 4 hours. The logic behind it makes absolutely no sense. I don't doubt that the people reading this thread have read the shoutbox, and if not I'd highly suggest doing so before continuing. 

"Nigger" itself is not racist. "Hey, what's up my nigger?" A common term used by white/black people whether its to another white person or even from a white to a black person. The word is simply just a word. People hold this at such a high standard and so whole-hardheartedly believe in the fact that the word is just the most offensive thing in the fucking world. People have developed the word to what it is today, "a racial slur." To that I say watch this:

People consider "nigger" to be this dreaded form of hate-speech towards everyone that is black and heavily believe in the fact that anybody who uses the word is an asshole. I'm not suggesting you can't use the word with racist intent, but the word itself as an individual is not racist. The word itself, actually, originates from a Spanish/Portuguese word "Negro," which was influenced by the Latin word "niger" which believe it or not, means the colour black. Who would've guess hey? Negro itself wasn't ever deemed offensive as it simply meant "black person," but the people of this day and age are looking for any excuse to be offended. Yes, the word nigger came around and became offensive AT THAT TIME. We're in 2017 now and we are still holding onto something that was considered offensive about 200 years ago. We have evolved since then yet we still believe in the fact that a word can demean a whole entire race. If you refer to someone as a nigger, congratulations, you are referring to a male/female (black or white) as a black person, regardless if they are black or not. Apparently, however, a large mass of people here believe that me referring to one of my friends as "nigger" means I'm racist. 

People on the server repeatedly use other racial terms but they don't get punished for it. The rule states NO racial slurs, however people are permitted to call white people crackers, to call Asians chinks, to call Muslims towel heads but the second someone says nigger, that's a mute a ban and a kick up the fucking ass while we're at it. People are so easily offended by things that the majority of the time mean nothing to them. I have no issue restricting my use of the word if someone of the server says "hey, I'm black, please refrain from using the word because I find it offensive." No worries, I'll stop. But for it to be banned as a whole yet we can use other slurs to offend other cultures, this to me makes no sense. If someone wanted to be racist, they would be. They'd think of things like "hey nigger you have no rights because your skin is black," or "we should've shot you spear wielding cunts while we had the chance." You get the jist of it. I'm not here saying that people should be allowed to be racist, I'm trying to say that people need to accept and realise what racism really is.

People find ways around it, they say things like "oh you're nigerian xdDDDDDddD," when we know exactly what they mean. "What's up knickers, hows it goin nibba, whatcha doin Niger." The rule is a motive for the immature population of this community to find loopholes in the rule yet still get their point across. I won't deny I haven't said these things, that's not my point here. I have said nigger on the server and I more than likely will continue to do so unless someone comes on and explicitly explains that they are offended. I have no issue stopping for someone that is legitimately black, not white children who think they know what they're talking about. 

tl;dr: no racism at all or let people say whatever they want with obvious restrictions.

I have their name but rather not blast them here and make them feel more uncomfortable, thats if they ever come back to forums these days.

Here is what ive explained to many people.....

CSGO.

CSGO servers are open to the public for everyone to use with no restrictions usually, so obviously there are going to be rules about racial slurs and so on. Late last night i had The Wage Gap trying to tell me that "nigger isnt a racial slur" and "lets be real no one that plays is black, your all white so why do you care". That is one of the most stupid comments ive ever heard come out of someone mouth, and ive heard alot of stupid things before.

Had a suggestion to remove the "no racist remarks/racial slurs" from the servers just before. That being another stupid comment i heard from @Cheese

As i said before, our csgo servers are open for the public for ANYONE to use... yes that means jewish people, black people, asians, indians and so on.

 

Teamspeak.

Teamspeak is different yet again to csgo servers, purely becasue there are different individual PRIVATE channels for people to use however they want. If channel admins dont like the way you are using racist comments then they can get rid of you.

There has never been a problem about this until @the wage gap doesn't brought it up.

What humour do I get out of calling someone nigger? I don't understand your point at all, I say it as a general form of conversation. We live in a largely multi-cultural society, and I often say whatever I want to whoever I want. I've called black people I've only met once nigger and they haven't cared because they've moved on from medieval times where people actually had intent behind those words. There is such a minority of people left in the world that actually hate black people, and want to use nigger to describe their hatred towards those people.

Personally, I am against the reason Dank/Harry/Wage was banned. He said that it was used to his friend. Again meaning that it wasn't used in a derogatory term. 

If the word is unbanned, yes kids will take advantage of that and run around saying it with the barrier that "It wasn't used towards someone" so yes. I do agree with that.

And BuLLee, I don't care if Idubbz isn't "A credible source". His take on it was near perfect IMO.

i kind of dont care either that you think the video is perfect in your biased opinion, I am a man who believes in critical research and thinking rather than biased and selective inexperienced opinion. something you are not 100% sure about is something you should not speak about until you have enough sources to back up your logic, until you spoke to a few people who can come here and say that they are ok with the word which relates to the background.. I have friends from different countries and we call each other racist names ALL the fucking time.. but when we are in weddings, we are at work or playing games here.. we never offend people with it or mention it.. around our gf's wiives and fiances too, we never say them. there is a fine line between maturity and respect, then cuntwad mentalities with 0 knowledge fueled with ignorance .. and by the way, sometimes these jokes get out of line and you lose friends over it.. My town is filled with Sudanese. I have friends that are black that do get offended by the word. That is not my point that I am trying to portray.

If someone joined the server right now and said to his friend "LOL ur such a fag!" He wouldn't get banned. 

Same situation. Same sentence. But replace fag. "LOL ur such a nigger!" Gets banned. 

We need a thick line of ruling to stop something from this happening and there being easy loop holes with what we can and cannot say.

Sorry for forgetting to say on at the end of the brackets bubsy. Admins say that shit outside of the server I don't doubt, but my point there is that people get away with saying shit that is just as bad as saying nigger. According to you, the words are all the same and have such racial intent, so why treat some words differently?
