Why do you want to be an admin on Killzone Gaming?:In short, I want to be a JB admin on KZG because I want to do my part in helping the community and more specifically, the server grow by enforcing rules among players, punishing the wrongdoers that negatively impact the server and ultimately, creating an environment where not only JB rounds can be played smoothly without cancerous mic spam, but also filled with some friendly banter and basically, good laughs and gigs. How many I achieve this impossible goal you may ask? Many of you can agree that Jailbreak, among the other game modes, is possibly the hardest to admin on with its constantly demanding attention. I believe that there is a fine line on Jailbreak between being an admin who barely enforces anything and an admin who tries to enforce every single rule possible, even with a server less than 10 people and so, becomes so admin nazi that it forces players to leave. This fine line ensures that while I will enforce and take according punishments to make sure rounds are being played fairly, I’m not going to slay/mute/kick every single person for breaking rules or being a troll/dick. We are human, we all make mistakes. In fact, Jailbreak as a roleplaying game mode is supposed to be fun. What fun is that having to follow EVERY single rule without screwing up? If there was a minor rule break that does not significantly damage the round, I’m not going to slay that person simply because he broke a rule or free killed me, a simple, friendly warning would be fine for that person to learn his mistake. In saying this, though, there are times when the JB server becomes rowdy and chaotic with constant mic spam, players yelling at each other, players joining CT without knowing what to do etc. It’s common sense to sit on spec and be a bit more harsh to keep things under control. Essentially, Not only will I be an admin that can adapt to different circumstances, I’ll do my best to ensure everyone is having a good time.  Another small, specific reason as to why I want to be a Jailbreak admin is because as a result of the newly released Minigames server, it’s common for many of the JB staff members to be on there for the short term because of the hype. While there is nothing wrong about this (in fact its normal J ), This means the server might suffer from less admin activeness and so I would want to try my best by helping out filling the gaps and try keep the Jailbreak server under control for the next week or so (until the MG hype cools down.)  You know honestly, when I first joined this server, I never really wanted to be an admin at all because I always believed being an admin sucked out all the fun as you would always have to keep an eye out on how the rounds are being played, answering to people’s queries, taking abuse from relatively upset players…. And the list goes on. However, I realized that because I already spent a large majority of my time on jailbreak being an admin, I never had the chance to play as fun, like a regular player. Yeah, of course I still find the server fun as I find myself on it every single day but by default, although I can't really do anything, I’m constantly playing this server through the lens of an admin, trying to sort out conflicts that players are having etc simply because I am just so used to it. It really does suck when you try to help players out but they never listen to your reasoning or judgments simply because it’s not coming from an admin. 

 

What qualities can you bring to Killzone Gaming?:If you’ve known me in the past you will know I am highly enthusiastic over the Jailbreak game mode with over 800 administration hours on the VG Jailbreak server alone. Through this significant experience, I’ve seen and dealt with every single possible situation you can think of whether it’ll be explaining difference situations as to why someone was free killed or slayed, justifying and enforcing rules upon T’s or even simply, out trolling trolls at their own game (trust me, there was A LOT.)  I was also a senior admin on VG and I took on a role that was more closely tight with Jailbreak, even going to the extent of hand picking admins myself and spending countless hours training them. I, sometimes, would also give them advice on how to deal with various situations and I would occasionally go on an alternative account to break various rules to test out their judgment and common sense to see if they were ready to pass trial. While VG did have its fair share of bad reputation, I was highly respected among the community and within their Jailbreak server. So, what qualities I can bring to Killzone Gaming? I’m a guy full of Jailbreak knowledge and experience (I go way back in the b475 days), I can make good decisions, I can spread positivity throughout the server and I can be somewhat entertaining as half the time, I’m constantly interacting with various players whether it’ll be inside jokes, friendly banter, being helpful or dare I say being slightly annoying at times.  

 

What do you think of Killzone Gaming?:Killzone Gaming is a community that definitely stands out among the others, that’s how I found myself here in the first place. It clearly has the foundations to continuously expand itself as well as the player base. Even though Skyprah, good ol’ pabz or even all the staff has played a huge part into shaping this community to what it is, the people in the community itself is equally as responsible for KZG’s growing success. In saying this, while growing strong, this community is relatively fragile as it’s still in its early days. Not only will I help the Jailbreak server grow, I’ll also play my long term part in trying to keep this community cancer free to let it strive to its maximum potential.  

 

Extra (If any) : I know I don’t currently have “20 forums posts” but honestly, I don’t think it’s necessary to shit post my way just to tick that requirement as that completely defies the purpose. I’ll try my best to slowly contribute my way into the community.  Another thing is, I’m constantly on CS:GO every day and If I’m not on JB, I will most likely be playing a comp game or I’ll be on other KZG servers such as MG or scouts n knives. This means I’m easily able to be contacted to come on Jailbreak to quickly sort out extreme cases such as a mass free killer, mic spammers etc.

Why I should be admin on ScoutzKnivez: I believe I should be chosen to take on the role of an Admin because of my qualities, experience and my strong concern for keeping the server running smoothly.My aim as an Admin is too keep players coming back, this will be done by being a true friend towards them and to act as a role model. Enforcing the rules, assisting people is quite a hard thing to do, that's why you've got to know how to handle people in different situations. I have been an active player in the server, and have made a lot of new friends, I can only hope this will continue now and in the future. Everyday I play on the server, I'm purely there to have a good time.With my past experience being Admin on numerous jailbreak servers, don't get me wrong, they're nothing alike. Though they do have the same principles, the same position, the practice of being able to communicate and deal with players.

I have 420 Hours on Counter Strike: Global Offensive with my activity being atleast 3+ hours a day (3 at the least). I have read all relevant rules of the jailbreak server many times and know most of them off the top of my head. I have currently never donated but will most likely donate in the next coming days to support KZG. The members of the KZG Administration team that vouched me is the following; Nosey, Thrasher, Eric and Cella.

 

I want to be a part of the administration team of KZG because I  want to be able to help the server gain more success than it has already have to date. Why do you want to be an admin on Killzone Gaming?

Over the many many months that I have been playing on Killzone Gaming's servers I had realised something. This community wasn't like all the other servers, this one was truly special. The reason you may have seen me playing on the server so much is because of how much I truly enjoy playing here. I've done various things to help out the community such as give feedback and suggestions, help create a few graphics on for the server and site and biggest of all, actually creating the forum in which you read this on right now. During the span of my time here, I have not once been warned or banned by a member of admin or any moderator. This is because I take role playing games such as Jailbreak quite seriously. 

I've spent loads of time creating the site and playing with the community and now it is the time I have wanted to help control the community when in chaos. When a player freekills I won't disregard it like nothing is happening, when a player is mic spamming I won't just ignore them, I will take action. There are types of people who try to have fun on the server and I want to make sure others don't ruin their experience. We are a growing community and I believe I would make a great admin if I was given the opportunity.

I've been extremely active on the server for a long time and would love to help out even further!

How many hours on CS:GO?2900 Hours on CS:GO across three accounts starting in 2013, and 500 hours on CS:S which i played in 2010. I also have 100 hours on [KZG] Jailbreak, 64 hours as Terrorist, 38 hours on Counter terrorist and 2 hours in spectator mode. 

How often do you play CS:GO? Usually during the weekdays midday to late, not usually on the weekend.

Have you read the server rules?Yes, I have been apart of the creation of the new rules and the debates over them with Tito and co.

Have you ever donated to the server?Yes, through the return of a won giveaway and plan to do more in the future to help future giveaways that are planned by Skyprah for the KZG community.

Why do you want to be an admin on Killzone Gaming?In short, I would like to become apart of the KZG administrative team as I feel that I can aid in the development of the server and more importantly i’m wanting to take a bigger role in the KZG community. The server that i’m apply for is where I spend most of my time which is the KZG Jailbreak server that I have been apart of for close to 3 months. I feel that if i’m going to become an important member of the KZG community that this is the best way possible. In the past 3 months that I have been apart of the KZG community I have seen it grow into what it is now and I see the potential that KZG has to give to many avid CS:GO players. I would like to apply my skills and passion of the game into improving all the servers not just the Jailbreak one. I’m currently studying in a University within Western Australia, where I have 15 contact hours and work 20 hours a week so I may not be able to help the community all the time but I have flexibility in schedule and work mainly morning shifts so i’m able to be on the server or teamspeak doing uni work or relaxing during times of peak traffic. I would also like to become an admin as I want to become apart of the decision making process for the server/s and I feel I can aid in their development. In the past I have been apart of making the new server rules with Tito and co, and very briefly been apart of the admin meeting to go over the server rules. I enjoyed that experience and would like to be able to be involved in more of them in the future.Another reason for becoming an admin on the KZG Jailbreak server is because I want to be a warm and friendly person that people new to the server can ask for help and I can either help them on the spot or help them navigate the KZG forum for the answer they desire. There are a lot of new people that join Jailbreak server each and everyday and if I can help at least one person per day achieve what they want to achieve, or keep them around on the server then I would be a happy man. 

What qualities can you bring to Killzone Gaming?If you know me or ask people of high rank around the community i’m almost always on the TeamSpeak server having a yarn with the lads and grils. I’m an approachable person that will always have a chat with anyone but i’m not afraid to set them straight. I’m always in a good mood and always willing to give anyone a hand whether it picking out a damn colour for the damn Jailbreak text or just looking over your forum posts and giving you feedback or constructive criticism. I’m a well organised person that prioritises my time management ability as I can then be able to do more stuff that I love to do and not the otherway round. I have had no administrative roles in CS:GO as I believed it would remind me to much of work and I would lose interest, as for my current position at work I manage annoying little shits all day and it drives me up the goddamn wall. I know with KZG it will be different as I know most of the administrative team and the community members and we all have at least one thing in common and that is a love for CS:GO and Jailbreak. As stated above I currently work in an managment position at my work dealing with loud  mouth and stuck up people all day long. I find the that the best way I deal with them is to find a common interest and open a channel of communication about that common interest, so even if I don’t like them I can still talk with them and keep a professional relationship. I see a lot of correlation between what I do at work and what I would have to do in an administrative position which would be, solving problems,  removing toxic players and clarifying each player's role on the server i.e the rules.As many people know Jailbreak is a very hard server to admin as you have to strike the perfect balance between keeping everyone happy and enforcing the rules. I believe in my IRL experience with dealing with younger and older employees that I can defuse any situation that is thrown my way with the tools I have at my disposal. 

What do you think of Killzone Gaming?As stated above I have been apart of the KZG community for the past three months and I have seen the bad side of some members that are now no longer with us, and I have also seen the amazing people that populate both the TeamSpeak channels and the gaming servers.I have see senior and head administrative members give up time and energy into the development of the forums and server. I have seen an owner dedicate a lot of money and effort into this community and it is that dedication that I believe this community will be a force to be reckoned with today and in the future.

Extra informationI am open to any constructive criticism and just general feedback, I would prefer it that people rather than just ‘+rep, good guy’ make a comment about why I would benefit the server i’m applying for. Same goes for the for the - rep please tell me how I can improve my chances and how I could potentially change to become a better member/applicant. Why do you want to be an admin on Killzone Gaming?:  I feel as if i'm a very helpful person, I love the people in the community and would love to give something back by assisting them on the servers. I would also not abuse my powers as it is a privilege to have. I also feel that sometimes admins can be a bit 'soft' with not moving bad ct's & muting people that continuously  (They still do a great job :) )

What qualities can you bring to Killzone Gaming?:I feel as if I am mature and I have idea's for KZG. I also live in WA so I am 2 hours behind everyone so when not many admins are online (usually during night time) I would be able to help do my role and keep the communtity happy. I am a responsible person and know that being mod/admin is not a given its a gift and should not be abused.What do you think of Killzone Gaming?: I love this community, it's full of great, caring people that are there to have fun and get along. The community always seems open to ideas and always seems to be changing for the positive. Bully is also not a big issue and if present is dealt with immediatly. KZG has alot of potential and id love to be part this growing community.

Why do you want to be an admin on Killzone Gaming?: Because I don't see many admins on surf at all, the only person I see really helping out and doing admin like things is Panda. I have admin experience as I have been admin on one of the most popular surf servers know as ZTS, I was admin on that server for over 3 months so I get the gist.

What qualities can you bring to Killzone Gaming?: Qualities I can bring to the server are definitely the ability to help new surfers. With only 14 map completes and 8 bonus completes I've reached rank 12/2k+ which is a really good map/point ratio, while I also hold about 5 bonus server records. Basically with my experience and skills I can show new surfers how they can become better and what they need to improve on. I can also bring some good banter to the server as I am a real meme god (even better than Daniel).

What do you think of Killzone Gaming?: Killzone Gaming is a friendly server with a lot of good people, I like the how they include more than one game modes to fit others liking's. Although I think there are a few admins who are really young and aren't mature enough for their positions, just my opinion.

Extra (If any) : I definetly have the admin experience, wouldn't mind creating surf rules for the server
