Im 17 years old and currently doing year 12 studies though only half the work load due to medical reasons. Due to this i have alot more down time which i fill mostly with games, mostly csgo and mostly on the KZG servers and i wouldn't change that. I've played csgo for over a year and have been part of the KZG servers since around about February this year and meet and became part the community on SK, since then i became an admin on SK to help the server i love playing out and that is the same i want to do for combat surf Play Time on the server you're applying for?: 15:07:54 hours What time do you normally play on the Server you're appplying for?: I play around about 12PM-9PM throughout the day on both Weekdays and Weekends Vouching Staff Members of the server you are applying for?: ExoticRage Bullee Basically any of the SK admins Players vouching your application?: SK regulars Why do you think you deseve to be a part of the Killzone Gaming Staffing Team?: Well im already part of the team but i've had a month of experience on the SK server as an admin and have moderated serveral twitch streams for over 2 years, i also think i should become a Combat surf admin so that i can help the server as there isnt much staff presence on the server right now. Since starting to play combat surf around 2 weeks ago i found that the server rules arent that well enforced (no offence to current admins) as there are only limited admins that not all are active, this meant that lots of rules were being broken and without the payers even knowing its a rule as they arent enforced and taught that well to them. I want to bring the experience i have gained from my time being an admin already on SK to Combat Surf where it will help improve everyones time on the server so it more enjoyable for all. What qualities can you bring to Killzone Gaming?: The qualities i bring to the server is the experience and knowleage i have gained from being an admin on SK and from the other admins on SK where in my opinion we have the best staffing team in KZG. I want to use what i learned and use it in the server to enforce the rules so that people will start to learn the rules of the server and understand what their allowed and not allowed to do so the experience in the server becomes better for all. All KZG servers have different players and staff, and like those Combat Surf has a completely different feel regarding the extent that rules are enforced as well as the validity of parts of them. Admins on other servers like to mute, ban and kick people for breaking rules without even a warning or chance at all. I try to enforce rules on Combat but not be a total arse and not let anyone have fun. I think that you already being an Admin on SK is a plus, but you should really play Combat more to understand the way other Players and Admins act before making judgments and deciding you need to become an Admin. Overall a cool guy but doesn't really have enough play time and experience on the server to Admin on it. idk I might just be a dick. : / also you already have admin permissions on the server... I'd like to think with having played 16hours plus in the last 1-2 weeks of playing the server i have understond how the players and admins act on the server its the reason i applied saying that rules arent being enforced, basic KZG rules that should be understond i all servers imo arent being enforced. I've seen multiple people abusing/bullying other players and multiple uses of multiple racist slurs and whenever i ask why they think its ok to do it they reply with no one has told us otherwise or told them off for it before, sorry to say it to you but being an admin isnt about not enforcing the rules so people "have fun" your an admin for a reason to enforce rules, and i can tell you now if some people dont like you for enforcing rules then your doing something wrong. Also yes i do have perms on the server already i dont know how it happened but from the response i've had from players on the server when i do get people to stop breaking the rules they have been glad that an admin on the server is doing something to rules breakers. Regardless of how much experience i've had on the server it doesn take much to actually enforce the rules of the server. this whole thing is stupid, sky gives some admins commands in other servers without applying for them because he believes they can assist more. for example I never applied to comp and I am admin there.. riddler has a good eye for things and reiterate the rules better than any admin. combat needs more admins because I would not get random messages from players asking me to go kick or mute some mic spammers or racists in combat when I never play there it shows that currently the admins there are either not strict enough or there isnt enough of them, I am not worried about it tho riddler will be admin there for sure, I am just making a statement too. You're not a dick Trumpery, I completely agree, I mean I know I was very active and haven't been on much due to school, but I think that point isn't much of an argument seeing that we have at least 2 admins that check on the server daily. I also have never even seen The Riddler on any of the Surf servers (as I am admin on all) while I have been back (which has been for about 2 weeks) so the question is, would you still bother being active on Combat Surf, while you are still admin on another server? I have even seen B1N back recently so I think we are coping fine now, but another staff member couldn't hurt. But I completely agree with Trumpery on his points, your hours are low, I haven't seen you, and our rules are different enforced, I don't think it's fair that you say they aren't being enforced- again I understand that I have been gone, but B1N and Trumpery have still been doing fine, and we also have ExoTicRage. So far i see two main points your are aurguing 1. I dont have as many hours as you think i should and havent seen me before 2. Your rules are enforced differently. I'll start with the rules, yes you do enforce rules different to others servers mostly because they basically arent, do you really think the rules are that different? Basic micspamming, bullying, abusing and racism is completely passed over by the players and admins of the server as i stated in my app because most the time they arent told they arent allowed to do those things. Please go to these two links and tell me how much the rules are different from each server Next my play time and you seeing me on the server, Till this point i didnt even know you were a combat surf admin most people refer to trumpery and exotic as the only ones on the server but that wouldnt be due to you ever being on im sure, currently i have 28 hours on gameme but as the gameme stats werent been active on the different online combat surf servers for awhile so play time wasnt tracked i would confidently say i have 40-48 hours which trumpery has been very clear is the required time. Also on the fact you havent seen me i stated in my app that i play during the times other people are at school and work so that would usally mean i wouldnt see you, plus i am still an active staff member on SK so im not going to be dropping my responsibilities so i can fill your perious required time on server. Also you state that you have 2 active staff members that check the server everyday and that is enough for the server, small hint no it isnt from the fact that when i see trumpery on he isnt on the server for usally more than 10 minutes and even removes me from his friends list so i cant message if an admin is required on the server, and both exotic and trumpery arent on during the day when i would be on when the server can be at its worst from mic spamming kids. I have extended my hand to help the combat surf server where i have seen help is needed but seemingly both you and trumpery probally the most senior of the small group of admins on the server dont want to change in your ways of how you run the server, i would encourge you too come by the SK server sometime and see how our staff team handle the server and where having a large group of admins that are regulralry on the server more then your 2 admins sometimes checking it changes the experience for the players. Yes there do need to be more admins on combat surf whenever i get on combat surf there is rarely an admin on so another admin couldnt hurt and riddler has done a great job to admin scouts and knives so maybe giving him a shot at admin would be good for the community.
