Reason for ban (if known): I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think it was because I was arguing with Skyprah via global chat which went on for about 5-10 minutes.

Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: I still deserve a punishment no doubt, but I believe that it should be reduced or changed. I had been silenced (mute and gag)when only using global chat, not once had I used my mic to communicate during this time. I realise now I definitely should had been using steam chat rather than chat in game. In my opinion I think that a week of global silence is a very harsh punishment for something that happened over the time of 10 minutes, that was not that severe. I obviously did something wrong and I made a mistake, I shouldn't have kept the conversation going via global chat, as many of the other users didn't have to read it. What I believe is that to be muted and gagged for a whole week is a bit too severe for what I did.

Khael isn't an overly toxic player in the community, he has helped many new players including myself and I believe that the one time that he spoke up for his mates him getting completely silenced isn't right and I believe his punishment should be reduced or removed. +1
