TheRiddler
Use razer synapse (download link here: https://www2.razerzone.com/au-en/synapse/ ) to change it if its too high, i use the deathadder aswell and i personally find 800 dpi good for games and desktop tasks

Ruby Da Cherry
Your PC settings also have an effect on your cursor movement, so i'd look into that aswell if you want to make your mouse movements slower and smoother Fuck The Population

Swiftzz ♛
Everyone's pretty much cleared it up, but i recommend to try and get your old sensitivity back if you can, changing sensitivity can mess up the gameplay since you're muscle memory is used to your old sensitivity.
