[fix] sm_ncr not actually setting your state to restartable
[add] Colour Gradient speed. wip, but should be easy to build upon.
[add] sm_botfix. Sometimes bot's fail to load so this admin command will manually restart bots.

- Added: Customizable Help Strings - recognise players ask for help on cksurf in chat and respond with preset queries
- Added: sm_ncr - a combination of sm_nc + sm_r allowing you to stop noclipping and restart at once.
- Added: Credits for all authors found with contributions to Nikoo's master cksurf
- Added: No pause zone. A misc zone which prevents players from pausing inside it preventing exploits.
- Added: framework for 2 new zone types, Speed cap and Teleport, Will come in next update
- Updated: Scorewboard score, accurately displays your rank on the server.
- Updated: Timer hud, added colours to it!
