Feel free to re-apply once you meet the following (I've highlighted the requirements you are missing): 20 forums posts OR have a forum account for at least 1 month. That is either helping develop the server you are applying for or being a constructive member on the forums. 24 hours on the server you are applying for. You must be over the age of 12 to apply for the position. Have at least two admins vouching for you. No server bans in the past month.
