As I was new, I wasn't farmiliar with the rules and that caused me to get banned permanetly when I was asking questions in how to play Jailbreak. Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: I feel that as a user, players can have a second chance. Especially with my knowledge upon Jailbreak was poor, it lead me to make a massive mistake. And also disappoints me that I'm unable to play KZG and potentially enjoy the fun with other players and just have fun with the community of KZG.
