Reason for Ban: "harrasment"

Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: I should be unbanned as Stratex entrapped me by provoking a reaction out of me - which is obvious as he was recording a demo at the time of the incident.

As a generic retort I responded for him to kill himself. In my mind "kill yourself" does not mean to actually wish that the person will commit suicide. It is now used commonly in a colloquial sense to mean for that person to stop what they are doing or remove themselves from speaking to you. This view is also shared by mainstream media as shown in this clip in the TV show Brooklyn Nine-Nine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6z8sMqG4-Q. This is a comedic TV show which shows this retort has moved past its literal meaning and become a standard response that is even palatable enough for a family audience.

Another reason for my unban would be that the Dex said on the servers that he is looking for a reason to ban myself. If you check my ban history I have never been banned before and a week long ban for this "offense" (when it actually is not an offense) is completely unwarranted and show extreme bias and prejudice. On top of this I had asked Dex to stop another member of the server from using my real name and he responded that I deserved it. This directly contradicts rule number 11:

11. DOXing or revealing personal information about another player will get you a permanent ban - this includes: names, address’, social networking accounts, mobile phone numbers etc.

And furthers my argument that Dex is acted unfairly.

I have 2 demo's both on 2 different days of you doing this unprovoked, the first of which is much worse then the 2nd.

You were telling him to kill himself so he used !sm , after you couldnt speak to him directly you were telling players on the server you would give them skins if they told him to kill himself ,  he only recorded the demo's because I told him i couldnt act without any evidence and he had been telling me about this for the past 3 days , as for the comment about looking for a reason to ban you is because I dont see you bringing any value to the community , I have had to mute you a few times in the past few days for toxic behaviour , you do nothing but try to cause problems with other players for no reason and i have witnessed you do this on many occasions and as for your name being said , both you and woods were calling each other by your real names for a prolonged period of time , no surnames where said but you were both guilty of speaking to each other using first names.

If any  staff would like to review the demo's just message me and ill send links to them.

I will also add that those were not the words i used, i told you bad luck as you were just as guilty of saying the other players first name as well
