I'm not easily annoyed so I can tolerate plenty.

I don't judge others, especially when it's about something they're insecure about it.

Why I Deserve to be Part of Killzine Gaming:  I think I need to be part of the Killzone Gaming's Staff Team because I've seen some things that I feel need to change. I've witnessed current admins favour certain players or "turn a blind eye" to things that shouldn't be ignored. If I become an admin I don't intend to favour friends or acquantances when they push boundaries and cause issues for other KZG members. Now that aside, I stay on the KZG server for quite long periods of time in consecutive sessions, so I witness things admins do not, like chat spam, mic spam, bullying and obsurd harassing, and I wish to put a stop to that with the abilities I gain from being an admin. I plan to be lenient seeing as a warning is still a warning in the end of the day, but things that are hurtful and directly targeted at others with intent to make them feel bad will not be tolerated. As stated in a previous question, I can tolerate things directed at me so I will not snap and cause a scene. I am well aware that there are some people that dislike me, but they will not receive any punishments that are unjust just because they dislike me, they will be treated as someone that I wouldn't know to be fair.

If this application is successful, it will be my first time being an admin on a surf server and to me is a great opportunity to learn and show what I can do.

+1 this guy has real leadership talent, especially amongst the younger crowd on this server and i believe would definitely be able to handle if not exceed his duties more responsibly than even some current admins. It's my opinion that the admin team needs someone new to spice it up and obscure would certainly fit or surpass that bill. Despite his past qualms with some particular admins he has matured and learnt from those events to build even stronger relationships with the KZG community.

Although Obscure has had some rough encounters with the staff team in the past I can say without a doubt he would make a better staff member than more than half of current skill surf admins, even though the other half never join or never use their perms.

On a serious note, obscure I think you are a good bloke despite what some may think of you. Since day one of seeing you on KZG we've always gotten along well.
You understand the difference between banter and abuse. 
You're application outlines some important things that all KZG should be trying be mindful of ie, favoritism. 
What worries me is that you might give into peer pressure and mute people because your friends might have asked for it.
I hope that you'll be fair and as well as already being the friendly personality that you are.

I am gonna have to be neutral on this one.

While you have made effort to clean up your act and be a more positive part of the community I feel some more time is needed to prove this , only last month you come off a permanent silence that was both issued and removed by myself for telling numerous players and myself to kill myself for absolutely 0 reason and since then you have been great , i just feel a bit more then a month is needed , if things keep going this way i will change this to a +1 but for now im just watching.
