from what I can see you were IP banned for having a duplicate account (twice) with the original ban being "hacking",
The original account was - https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198357158823 which was done on the 21st of Jan 2017,

and the second account that you came off the same IP was http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198006264487 which was done on the 10th of Oct 2017,

and the latest account (the one you're doing a unban appeal for) was banned on the 1st of July 2017.


Care to explain how the original account was banned for "hacking"

Please don't try and make it out you weren't the bad guy by saying the reason like " Someone called not .ultra got banned so I got banned afterwards"  you were originally banned for "spin botting on cyber course to see peoples reactions", good try but this unban appeal will be denied once again.
