Desciption of Myself: I am applying for KZG Retakes admin (I don't really know how the server groups work yet)

My name is Ronan, I'm 15 and an avid CS:GO fan and player. I'm a fun guy, and I really enjoy the more chill aspect of the game, relaxing every afternoon on the 1v1 server is a must for me. Gaming is a large part of my life, but I'm also a high achiever at school, receiving awards for my academics every year for the past 5 years. I played Met-east (regional) AFL for a few years, and I was Captain of that team. Although I love AFL, my passion is for counterstrike, and the community surrounding it. (Uppa cloud9)

I currently play in a High CGO team as their Captain and IGL, we do pretty well generally, and I find that the more competitive you are in Counterstrike, the more fun it will be.

Qualities I bring to Killzone Gaming  I am a fun, eager person and I am a very capable leader, looking to help out the community as much as I can. Whether that’s tips towards skill level, talking on a personal level with a server member if they've had a rough day, or just trying to brighten everyone’s day up altogether. I can bring a general great feeling of happiness and safety to this KZG server. I am not racist, homophobic or sexist, and I don't stand for any of them. If someone makes a racist joke, I’m pretty chill with it, and honestly find some quite funny, but if it offends people, I will always ask them to stop.

Why I Deserve to be Part of Killzine Gaming:  I am very deserving of this position. I deserve this position because I am a leader in the community, I am fair, fun, and eager to help the community as much as I can.
As I mentioned before, I captained my football squad. Although footy and CS might not have a lot in common, a leader will be a leader across all aspects of their life. I will always do my best to help every KZG visitor in any way I can, whether it is teaching or just making someone’s’ day a little bit better. Leadership in a CS:GO server shouldn’t look like someone commanding troops, instead it should look like someone doing their providing a safe, fun environment for all who want to participate. That’s what I can bring as a leader of KZG.

When it comes to providing a fun space for people to play, I am always someone talking in-game, starting new conversations, making friends, bringing the social into anti-social. The constant chatter and banter going on in KZG servers is what makes me love them the most, it’s a happy, close, family-like community. The best possible way to run a server in my opinion.

As far as safety is concerned. Everyone should feel safe in the server, non-debatable. Although I’m not an SJW, and I do find racist jokes quite funny a lot of the time, I won’t hesitate in telling someone to stop if they take it too far. Too far is when someone on the server becomes uncomfortable or offended.

These reasons are why I deserve to be a member of the KZG staff. I will apply all of my focus on making sure that KZG remain the way I’ve always seen them, fun, happy and safe. KZG members are all a big family, and it’s my job to make sure we all get along.

Play-Time on Server Group:  62 hours on 1v1, 48 on retake server
Times Usually Played on Server Group:  Mon-Fri anywhere between 4pm and 11pm AEST (Usually for an hour or so)

I’m not usually around on Saturdays (Often out with friends or socialising) but I sometimes play on KZG Saturday nights for 40 minutes or so.

Sundays I’ll usually play between 4-11pm AEST (Usually for an hour or so) again.

Great guy, great leadership qualities and is very positive. Have seen him around a few times and played a couple competitive games with him, I noticed that he made friends very easy and tried to always keep things positive. I think he would make for a great Admin.

saw him around today, seems like a decent guy and was nice  when he asked me questions. wasnt toxic once and was easy to get along with, however, i havent seen many leadership qualities yet. although i dont really know him i'll be on to see how you do and hopefully youll be a great candidate.

B0nes has the commitment and drive towards making 1v1 a better place. B0nes is very friendly towards everyone on kzg and tries his hardest to make people happy with 1v1 and to understand whats right and wrong. I personally believe with some training and experience, B0nes could become one of the best kzg AIM Admins to date. I wish the best of luck to B0nes and his journey towards being admin. BOL

i firmly believe that bones has got what it takes to be a great admin, and shows great qualities as both a leader and a friendly person on the 1v1 and retakes servers. he'd be a great role model as well as an authority figure and will be able to both handle situations as well as being someone people can talk to and ask questions. i believe his attitude and drive will make him a great admin!
