Scouts knives admin application V2

My name is Switch otherwise known as Finn IRL, 
Im posting this to apply for admin on scouts knives server.

Age?: 16

Working Microphone?: Yes 

Hours on CS:GO: currently 1.2k

How often i play CS:GO: everyday on and off for several hours on end xD

Location: Sydney, NSW

Ive also been admin on various servers in my csgo career such as Scouts-knives Ban-Hammer and Scouts-Knives Dream HDs server.

@"DopeScope"  has said it all, but would like you to have a look at @"GimmeYoFries" and @"Not A Cop" they both came from other servers where they were valued members of a administrative team being both head admin at one stage in one community. beside all that experience they both have more than likely the two best admin apps and the most effort put into them, they new that just listing they were an admin before was enough and became valued members of the community and put a crap tone of effort into the app.

It is this attitude im talking about @"Switch" ...... @"SEEKER" has been a member of the scoutz community along time and is on most days with me he was the only Scout Moderator applicant i +Rep because of effort and is very well known among the scoutz server im not picking at you but you must realise sometimes we need to take criticism in order to grow and learn from it. please take on board all advice that will be posted on your application as it will give you information you need to learn.

Switch, the fact that you even argued Dope about his comment on Seeker is just immature. Yes Ive been on the server and have asked you before to use your mic a little less, and what Dope said above is dead on. I wanna see you more active on the server and in the community. As Dope said again, you've only built up 23 hours mate. I was at 60+ before I applied. Just become more known, learn rules, look at our current Trials and Admins and take on the same qualities and then maybe apply at a later date, putting more effort into your application. Go look through older accepted ones to get a better understanding :) Hope to see you around!

This is a comment i made on your first application"i always would like to add that the continuous warnings i hand out to you are not needed please learn to control yourself whilst playing on our servers as other people like to concentrate when they play the game.
its not much to ask for i believe in a fair gaming environment for everybody and we have rules in place while playing on our servers that you must abide by (!rules in game chat) i don't mind your gameplay but toxicity on the mic wont be excepted"

i have never once been told to be quiet on the server before trial and thats simply because i respect everyone is trying to concentrate whilst playing CS. i also put"i put this advice to see if you grow or explode from it.in this application" would not recommend you continue to feel hurt by my words as they are merely sparks of advice i know its hard to hear no sometimes but as i said alot of us have been here longer than other and have earn't TRUST among valued members of the community. im still trying to become admin for scoutz myself and i have already in a short time made alot of effort towards this role i had no friends in high places, i contacted the admin i have the up most respect for @"BuLLee" and said. hey man what do think if i were to apply for moderator. his reply was and i quote" Stick around for a while make your self known and then consider applying"I had 80hours and counting as my total hours on server
and had made my self fairly wellknown among the player and admin staff on scoutz i never once questioned them because i respected the way they made the game playable and handled their responsibilities as admin as a lot of people kill the joy by Spamming. i believe i had proven to the team i am worthy and is the reason why they excepted me as trail admin and i have done my best to make a difference for the community KZG and its Owner ask anyone here on the team if i put it effort...

Sorry to imform you mate there never was admins for scoutzknives for ban-hammer. i reccomend taking that out. just for lying in your app i dont think you deserve admin.

If this is true, and you have lied about being an admin on a different server how could we trust you in the future?

i have gone out of my way for this applicant to check if his information is correct..

it is not, ban-hammer have no admin to their scoutz server as they have many staff who could handle the trouble on their servers i guess you should contact the owner or who ever "appointed" this admin role to back up your information as any information known to be false should be an instant denial off application here at KZG

Just to back up my point i have been with ban-hammer for longer than a year. The only admins to ever be an admin on scouts was community admin up. also the scouts server has been disabled for over 6 months.
