1v1 server lag

I get random latency lag spikes on the server every 5 seconds, my ping stays around 30 the whole time i play. It doesnt seem to happen on the #2 1v1 server just the main one, also the lag stays even with a low amount of people playing on the #1 server. I know that a few other people also get this problem and it makes it pretty impossible to use the server as its intended, its only this server that lags out of all the AUS community servers i have been on, so i really have no idea whats happening. help would be greatly appreciated
