A couple of things you need to sort out before you apply for a position on the staffing team. 

1. post your mod application in the mod area not the admin area.
2. put more effort into the application, just saying admins think I'm good isn't good enough. explain why they think you will be good.
3. meet the requirements for forum posts and activity in the forums.

I agree with @"sirtron" when it comes to the placement of your application, the quality of this application and you do not even meet the requirements to become a member of the staff team here at Killzone Gaming.
Also to top it off it seems like you tried to have a click bait title.

So this is what I recommend;

* You recreate your application in the correct location when you pass all the requirements of being a staff member of KZG.
* You put more effort in your recreation of your application.
* You take away the Somewhat click bait title.
* And the last thing I can think of is you take away the Poll as it's deferentially not required.
