Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: so firstly i would like to say that i've never hacked in your server(intentionally). I wanted to join a hvh server with my friend and i accidentally joined a killzone server and when i joined, i got instant banned and i couldnt turn it off. I really enjoy playing your server and have been trying to apply for an unban for a very long time but i keep on getting an error and have to wait 10 and even after i do i still get the same error.
