Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: I don't believe I have done anything wrong, I have never been banned on any other service and do not have multiple accounts, I live alone. Just wish to be unbanned so I can continue to play retakes with my friends and enjoy the game. I believe I have been wrongfully banned but I wish to resolve this. I am happy to provide any information that may assist in getting my account unbanned. I have heaps of friends I met on your servers that can vouch for me when it comes to hackers.
