Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: I never had a duplicate account. I was in combat surf and then my mother came into the room to use my computer. I didn't leave the server because I thought she would be quick, she used a vpn and changed our location to USA so maybe thats what caused my ban. I'm banned from all of kzg and I didnt do a thing.

For future it would be a good idea not to use a VPN whilst on KZG servers as most of their IP's have already been banned before.
