The part he did not see was where they kept coming to me and my friend and attacking us. We tried teaching them the rules by continually parrying, but they would not stop. we actually came up to them and kept attacking them because no matter what they would come behind us when me and my friend were duelling. and we wanted them to leave because it was bothering us. It would seem this has just been a large misunderstanding. i would like to add that i have not moaned about the situation and have just tried to sort this out. Thank you. This is important because i know they the person who has made and edited video of me "doxxing" them. not once have you chosen to talk to me in a mature manner that hasn't involved mentions of me committing suicide and overall abuse. you have also sent me (a minor) a website that leads to porn. which is an offence. the only reason you have chosen to reply here is because you have first banned me for a week, which i have shown is clearly an incorrect ban which i handled with alot of respect which you chose to not listen to one bit. you also decided to make multiple accusations of things i have said on steam eg. "spamming you for 4 hours" which you blocked me for so i could not prove you were lying. you then choose to ban me for a permanently without any discussion on the matter only to reply to my post so to lessen my chance of an appeal because you have clearly shown a grudge and bias. i would be appalled to see you as admin after this without atleast a discussion on you treat your position with respect and how you treat others. My first encounter with you in Mordhau, was being mauled in the back of the head, as you interrupted multiple peoples duels, whilst *ffaing, and causing issues within the duel server. A few kicks and minor bans later, administered by me, and a few other admins, I warned you of a longer ban becoming a possibility if you continued to break the rules. This resulted in you adding me on my steam account, which I accepted after you spammed the sidechat of the duel server with abuse. You instantaneously spammed me on steam, which ended up in me warning you about breaking the rules repeatedly. After I removed you on steam, it seemed like you started to behave, and use the duel servers accordingly. Chapter 2, (MDK). After the creation of your group (Mordhau Dickhead Killers), I put a notification in our discord to keep an eye on all of the players wearing your tag, as the first thing you mentioned to me, was how you had created a "Vigilante Group" dedicated to killing "kzg's enemies", and how you and your group deserved "free for all passes". Skip forward about a day or two, and we have the incident that really pissed me off. I joined server #3, and noticed that you and Netpoc, were both attacking a player in the corner of the map. I switched to spectate, and found the POV of the player who you had just killed, who had respawned on the other side of the map. He then begun fighting another player, who turned out to be his friend. Whilst watching him fight, I realised him and his mate were very new players, and just learning the basic mechanics of the game. Then without warning, whilst he was dueling his mate, you and Netpoc had ran to the other side of the map to find him, and instantly kill him. I watched this repeat at least twice before I spawned in and killed you and Netpoc, too see what you would do. You instantly proclaimed that these two low level players, (3 and 4) were targeting you, and following you from server to server just in order to kill you. These players had less that 10 hours combined. You then attempted to votekick one of them, which i quickly cancelled. After I banned you, and Netpoc for *free-for-alling these players, you proved to have absolutely no fucking remorse, as you added other staff members, and begun to attempt to convince them that you were trying to teach these players the rules, and that you were actively talking to them via ingame chat. This was a flat out lie. You repeatedly killed brand new players, who had no idea how to play the game, let-alone the rules of the server, and were probably laughing about it with your mate in discord, until I banned you for it. Part 3!, Today I was contacted by a player, who was ingame on mordhau according to discord, who asked if I knew of you, which I Definitely did. When I told him I did, and asked him what our conversation was about, he provided evidence of you Doxing him, on the KZG Combat surf server. I quickly contacted the member of staff who banned you, and he confirmed that this evidence was valid, and linked me to your current ban on the KZG Counter-strike servers. This is when i decided to reply (as shown above). You then messaged me through the forums, telling me to contact you on discord, which I was happy to oblige. I explained to you, that the ban was being carried over to the mordhau servers, and that if you wanted to appeal, you should do it via the KZG forums. (HERE) Your Current Ban You Doxed a player on the KZG CS Servers (Combat Surf.) There is sufficient evidence for this ban. This ban can be seen in the KZG bans. Why it is being carried onto Mordhau? KZG is a server group. Cases of abuse have also had bans carried across all of our servers. What caused the ban to be carried over? I was notified by the player who you Doxed, and talked to other admins, and have made the decision that the ban should carry, no matter if the player you doxed plays the game or not. Doxing is an extremely toxic act, and physically and mentally dangerous for the victim. You have proved that you do not belong in the KZG server group. What you haven't mentioned here, is the way you continually harassed me, for over 3 hours today. You abused the opportunity I gave you to communicate (adding you on discord), in multiple ways. After I tried to explain the situation to you, multiple times, through hundreds of unnecessary messages from you, I gave up, and tried to go on with my day. This is when you added me into a discord group, where my mute cancelled, and you interrupted my day for what seemed like the 50th time. After joining the voice chat for under a minute, I was called racist slurs, told to commit suicide, and many more words of choice were said about my family, I decided to leave the voice call. I really wish that I managed to record the conversation, but I didnt realise Nvidia Shadowplay only works whilst ingame. Not to mention you were already banned from the KZG discord, for reasons I can really only guess, (fair bet it was from pulling this shit when you got banned on CS) Please, provide evidence of what I said to you, as I stand by it. You are not going to be playing on KZG servers anytime soon. Have a good one buddy. *FFA, Free for all On our Mordhau duel servers, free for alling is the act of killing players without initiation (usually an animation(florishing)), this could also be the act of interrupting other players duels, as all fights are usually 1 v 1s.
