This is my only account and I'm pretty sure I've logged quite a few hours on the 1v1 server. Just played surf only a couple of times and I'm not too sure why i got banned. I also have prime in csgo which im pretty sure requires mobile verification. If this is not enough evidence could you also give me guidance on what I need to provide.
