Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: Hi, I was banned from KZG servers 2 days ago while playing with a controller as my mouse had just died and being in self isloation I couldn't get a new mouse that day but that's besides the point. The sourceban section of your website says I was banned for cheating which I know I was not doing. I was using an Xbox 360 controller before I got banned which I suspect could of caused it but I have no idea. Honestly I don't know what to write here because there's nothing more to say than I wasn't cheating but if somehow I can talk to the admin that banned me and explain that I was using a controller or anything else really to lift this ban that would be greatly appreciated as I am a very regular member of KZG servers.
