Reason for Ban: [SourceSleuth] Duplicate account Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: It's going to be a bit of a long one but honestly I reckon that explaining is going to be the best for getting unbanned. Honesty is the best policy right? It's really complicated but it's honestly stupid that "duplicate accounting" is a reason for bans when in a certain situation (1-2 people may be using the same PC / IP). Yesterday I had my sister over for a bit because I have some really bad "problems" in my personal life with family and I wanted her to be able to play games freely instead of having time limits. Not knowing that she cheats I left her home alone for about 3-4 hours (Rough estimate) while I went to deal with some personal things. Coming back home I noticed that she was being very passive and I quote "Careful" when I was coming in and out of my studio room (Where I play my games). EG; Tabbing out or closing the door. When she left and I had some personal time to play games. I logged into my steam account / cs and after playing on some other retake servers I decided to go play some DM / KZG. That's when I came across to a ban notice and honestly being confused I left it because I thought it was some mistake, as I was trying to get into the DM server again this morning I noticed that I was still banned. I came onto KZG too see what the ban was and that's when I found out that I was banned for "[SourceSleuth] Duplicate account" Which I'm highly confused about. I decided to give her a call and confront her about the situation which she admitted about cheating on KZG and valve servers. I have to say that I am very disappointed and not happy about what she did and I do apologize to any admins / players she has affected with rankings / cs experience. If this progresses any further I would like to personally talk with an admin / staff member too get this resolved / fixed as I would like to play on KZG servers like I always have (Retakes, Cas comp, surf and bhop) Thank you - Krisark Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
