Hope that makes it easier. I've been a regular on this BHOP server for several months, spending that whole time doing nothing but hopping and just playing the game. Suffice to say I was pretty surprised when the message appeared that I had been permanently banned. The only reason listed was 'duplicate account'. I don't even know what this means as this is the only Steam account I have ever owned. Unfortunately, due to limited knowledge of the nature and circumstances of my ban that I have, I can't really provide much of a reason other than the fact that I don't have a clue what this 'duplicate account' reason means, nor why I - someone who only has one account - have been banned for it. Additionally, the fact that I wasn't banned by an actual admin, rather the console, makes my further believe that this is a error on the system's behalf. I really hope this can be rectified as it is my favourite server and I'd feel kind of short changed if this meant I could no longer play. I look forward to hearing back from you. -Thibba.
