Reason for Ban: Apparently i was "Targeted player harassment with intent to dox."
and even if i was, it was not on a KZG server and it was not through it that i would be targeting them,

some random added me and i said so are you from, and listead a state as its in their bio, little did i know they are REEDANZ buddy and he just told reedanz to ban me, kinda sad because i hadnt been playing for 2 months and then banned out of the blue for talking to a stranger, and now i want to play again ahaha.

Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: Because im a friendly guy, and am a OG since the start also because i like the server and the community.

This is implying that although it happened out of game, you still used the KZG service to start/participate in harassing and threatening behaviour as well as 'attempting to dox' said user. Which is an offence. Under the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) it is an offence to use a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence.

This basically means, all though you allegedly did these things out of game, it is still an offence and also can be deemed illegal depending on its severity hence why i'm presuming the decision was made to ban you even though it may or may not have happened out of game. This is not me stating you have necessarily done any of this but rather explaining that it doesn't matter if it happened out of game or not.
