Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: I'm not sure why i got banned for a "duplicate account", I do not have a duplicate account nor is this account a duplicate, recently I got hacked and my skins were stolen possibly that could have done something, i also heard that the new update has been messing with peoples server experience, I have over 2000 hours on CSGO, and I really enjoy your guys surf maps, I hope you can resolve this issue thank you.
