Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: I have never used cheats while playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO). I have been a frequent player on the Casual Competitive server previously and have many playing hours for CS: GO recorded on a total of four steam accounts (including this banned account), with none of my four accounts having ever received a VAC Ban.

Below I have listed the total number of playing hours for CS: GO which I have recorded on each of my steam accounts:

First account: 1,635 hours

Second account: 1,447 hours

Third account: 180 hours

Fourth account: 0.5 hours (in regard to the low number of hours, I only created this account after I was banned from the Casual Competitive server for the first time as an admin believed that I was cheating. I created this account as I desired to play on the server and was unsure as to whether my IP or only individual accounts had been banned. I subsequently discovered that my IP had been banned from connecting to the server. However, my first ban was later overturned by @RetroViper after he came to the conclusion that I was not cheating).

It is also worth noting that I built a reputation for being a solid player while playing on the KZG Casual Competitive server previously under the alias ‘hi’ using my second steam account. This is evident in how overtime, many new players on the server suspected that I was cheating. However, more frequent players, as well as admins and members of staff, knew that I was not using any cheats after having spectated me during their playtime.

I believe it is worth mentioning that on this second account while playing under the alias ‘hi’, the highest rank that I achieved on the server was 5th, attributed to my skill as a player and continuous grinding.

In regard to players who can vouch for myself, I occasionally had friendly chats with –[pkN24!7]- via the in-game chat, who, if I recall correctly, was an admin of the Casual Competitive server at the time (and still may be – not entirely sure). I’m aware that he may or may not remember me playing on the server under the alias ‘hi’.

I have thoroughly enjoyed myself while playing on the KZG Casual Competitive server in recent years and would like to express my gratitude to KZG for establishing a variety of fantastic servers for the community to enjoy. I desire a fair playing experience for all CS: GO players where no player has a detrimental impact on any match by cheating in any form. I also act in an attempt to maintain this fair playing experience for all players. This is reflected in how I report any player behaviour that I believe to be suspicious either through the in-game reporting system and/or to the appropriate individuals.

I’m more than willing to cooperate with admins / members of staff in an attempt to have my ban reversed, whether this be by submitting to questioning, providing further information etc…

The assistance of the KZG staff is much appreciated in helping me resolve this matter.

@Fedora I hope you are well. While I understand that you are most likely extremely busy, I would thoroughly appreciate it if you could provide an update (if possible) in relation to the status of my ban appeal since we last communicated on May 18, 2020.

I don't see as much of what is going on, but this seems to be taking quite some time for processing.
