I believe this also happened a while back ago, I do have an alt account but that's for COMP, I don't remember using that account to play on KZG servers.... I have not done anything wrong, not a cheater, not a griefer... I am just an ordinary player who loves to warm up on KZG servers before a game (but I don't remember using my ALT account to warm up on KZG servers!)
Please have a look at my case and help me ASAP, because I need access to retake servers because the majority of my mates warm up there as well sometimes.
