Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: I'm unsure of the reason for the ban and am assuming it to be a mistake in an automated system as it was given by "CONSOLE," and was not permanent like many of the other bans. I have not broken any rules as far as i am aware and simply just want to use kzg servers as they are the only population option with decent ping where i live.

Hi Honk,

Duplicate Accounts refers to when someone is previous banned (their IP) and someone else tries to join our servers with the same IP, 90% of the time it is because of use of VPN's but in your case it's not.

For us to proceed with this process we need to find out whos account this is and how it links to you as you both played on the same IP.

Until this information gets discussed we can't proceed with the appeal.
